We are the data controller for the personal information described here. That means we decide what is collected and what happens to it.

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and the details of what you bought.

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who takes the card details directly and only tells us whether the payment succeeded.

When you get in touch we keep your message and contact details so we can answer you.

Our website uses cookies that keep your basket working and remember you are logged in. It also records basic, non-identifying information such as pages viewed, so we can see what is working.

We use your information to take payment, pack and deliver your order, answer your questions, handle returns, and keep the records the law requires us to keep.

Our lawful bases are: performing our contract with you (taking and delivering your order); our legal obligations (tax and accounting records); and our legitimate interests (answering enquiries, preventing fraud and keeping the site secure). If we ever send marketing, that is only with your consent, and every message will have an unsubscribe link.

We share only what is needed, with: the courier who delivers your parcel; our payment provider; the company that hosts this website; and our accountant. Each of them handles your information under their own obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Order and payment records are kept for six years after the end of the tax year they fall in, because HMRC requires it. General enquiries are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to us using it, or ask for it in a portable format. Contact us on 07786 895789 or through the contact page and we will respond within one month.

The cookies we use are the ones the shop needs to work - keeping your basket, remembering that you are signed in, and keeping checkout secure. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the basket and checkout will not work properly if you do.
