Delivery & returns

We post orders from Millom in Cumbria. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, so you always know what you are paying before you commit.

We aim to get orders packed and away quickly. Once your parcel is on its way we will let you know.

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, get in touch and we will chase the courier.

If it arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo before you unpack any further and send it to us through the contact page. That makes the claim straightforward and gets your replacement out faster.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel it, and another 14 days after that to get the goods back to us.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and tell us what you are sending back. Products need to come back unused and unopened, with any seal intact - once a cleaning product has been opened we cannot resell it, so we cannot refund it unless it is faulty.

You pay the cost of sending an unwanted item back, and we would suggest a tracked service, because the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back, to the payment method you used.

If something is faulty, is not what you ordered, or was damaged in transit, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund - including what you paid for delivery. We cover the cost of returning it.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
